RATE DETAILS
Rates apply until 31 October 2011. Rates are net and inclusive of buffet breakfast and tax. Add Extra Bed Charge for additional persons over the "No. of Persons" column, not to exceed the "Max Persons Allowed" column.

CHILDREN STAYING WITH PARENTS
There is no extra bed charge for a child below 12 years of age sharing accommodation with two adults in a double bungalow, but there is a breakfast charge of Bht 350 baht per child per day. Baby cots are available free of charge.
WE HAVE BEEN LISTENING TO OUR GUESTS AND HAVE SCRAPPED COMPULSORY DINNERS. CHRISTMAS EVE AND NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNERS WILL BE ENTIRELY VOLUNTARY.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION
There is a minimum stay of 4 consecutive nights during peak season between 24 December - 05 January. Reservations made during this period must be prepaid in full.
For reservations during other periods, one night's credit card deposit is required to guarantee the booking. The deposit is non-refundable, but with our flexible cancellation policy we will hold the booking and deposit pending for one year if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival. The reservation will be reactivated if the guest rebooks within a year of the original reservation date. Last minute cancellations and NO SHOWS will forfeit the deposit.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE, CREDIT CARDS
We exchange traveler's cheques and most major foreign currencies. Credit cards accepted are MasterCard and Visa.
